Nestled on the shores of Lake Palestine, Texas, this home began as a labor of love—a man’s hand-built vision for his wife and two daughters. Every board and beam carried his hope for a family legacy along the water’s edge.

When time and loss placed that vision in distress, we purchased the home from his daughters with the goal of reviving it for the next generation.

Today, its original tongue-and-groove ceilings still whisper the story of its craftsmanship, while the renewed spaces invite new memories to be made—continuing the legacy he began.
